What do you do and how did you get to do this? 

I have been a freelance fashion stylist for almost 9 years. As well as this, I am the Admissions Manager for Fashion Styling at Mastered HQ. I got into styling after years of growing up with a background in performing arts. I’ve always had a creative flare so after leaving college and doing what felt like 1001 different jobs, I started assisting fashion stylists and took on a role at Luti Media as a runner - shout out to Luti Fagbenle. To be honest if it wasn't for him, I would have probably still would have made it as stylist but he was a huge inspiration and has really helped me to get where I am now. There's been loads of highs and lots of lows too but that’s life!

How do you use your voice to empower others? 

I empower others by always standing in my truth and not being afraid to have an opinion. I’ve noticed that as I’m getter older, I am becoming more selfless. I want to amplify others and enable them to achieve their goals. I believe in the power of manifestation and use my voice to remind those around me to stay positive, dream big and work towards a better future.

What is your favourite tip for sustainability? 

RECYCLE, RECYCLE, RECYCLE. Think before throwing an item in the bin - what else can this container be used for? Don't throw away clothes, donate to thrift shops or charity bins.

What does ethical shopping mean to you? 

Ethical shopping is to buy consciously and be aware of the impact it has to the planet and environment. Ethical brands and stories make me smile as it shows that people do care about the world, for other and also themselves.

What are your favourite things to shop for and why? 

Besides clothing, my favourite thing to shop for at the moment is homeware. From glasses in kitchen, to a new chair for the living room - i want it all!

Which sustainable brands do you like? I love finding stuff in Traid shops and Barnardos is always great! Beyond Retro and Village are amazing second hand vintage stores - one man’s rubbish is another man’s treasure!
