The jewellery production work in Colombia consists of weavers that work from their homes. They are provided with materials and tools, and receive a salary according to their production. By working from their homes, mothers are able to raise their children, strengthening the family relationship, earn a fair wage, giving them the ability to fulfil many of their personal and family dreams.
