Shipping policy
Once you have placed an order with SO JUST SHOP we will do our utmost to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, will be sent the next working day.
We are posting out all orders daily. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most orders are being received by our customers within the usual time frames, we thank you for your patience whilst delivery times may vary for reasons out of our control. Please continue to check the tracking information sent to you and get in contact with us if you have not received your order within 10 working days (UK - please allow longer for international deliveries).
