Fairtrade and handmade, this mug is crafted by a local women’s group in Palestine that strive to alleviate local poverty and unemployment, whilst sustaining Palestinian handicraft workmanship traditions. A beautiful addition to your kitchen that is a keeper. Using techniques that date back to ancient Phoenician times, environmentally-friendly recycled materials are used as the base to make these ceramics. Traditionally gifted to newly weds, buy it for yourself or gift it. It would make a great gift idea as housewarming, newlywed, Christmas, birthday, for history fans, folklore item collectors, chef, cooks and friends and family alike.
