These beautiful baskets are made by hand in the village of Nyariga in the Northern region of Ghana. They are workhorse basket designed for the Western market and most often used as a shopping basket. It's black-and-brown handle is a sturdy addition, both functional and beautiful.
All Big Blue Moma baskets are made by hand and as such, size and shape may vary slightly from what is pictured. The patterns on this basket vary, please email info@sojustshop.com if you would like a specific design.
This product is ethically made by small scale artisans producers in Nyariga, Northern Ghana
